About Me

I grew up in Michigan and South Florida and always loved to stay active, spending most of my childhood practicing dancing and playing tennis. After earning my Bachelor of Science from Florida State University, I worked in financial marketing at Morgan Stanley in New York City. With all the stress from working at such a large, fast-paced company, maintaining my health and wellness helped me keep it together. I then fell in love with and married the love of my life, Cory. We have two wonderful children. The three of them are my “why.” What’s yours?

I completed professional training at the Institute for Integrative Nutrition in New York and became a Certified Nutrition and Wellness Counselor. I have received certification from the International Association for Health Coaches and am a member of the American Association for Drugless Practitioners and the American Holistic Health Association. I also received a Master's Degree in Integrative Clinical Nutrition from the Maryland University of Integrative Health and am currently studying for the CNS exam.

Health and wellness have always been important to me. Once I had children, I realized that my life wasn’t just my own. Being healthy, for them, is critical. Finding the balance between the chaos of life and the goal of instilling healthy habits in my family is a daily struggle, but I know it’s worth it.

When not helping people meet their goals, I enjoy spending time with my family and friends, working out, hiking, traveling, cooking, reading a good book, and volunteering.

Health and wellness are critical to a thriving and happy life, and I want to help you meet your goals. My passion is supporting busy individuals and families in their health and wellness goals. As I have been on this journey, I’ve discovered that so many of us struggle daily with making healthy choices. People in my own life have worked hard to turn over a new leaf, for their well-being, and supporting them along the way has been so fulfilling.

Those experiences made me realize that I am passionate about helping others on their health and wellness journey. I would love to help you on your path to a healthier life.

When working with you, I will help you tackle nutrition and healthy living through bio-individuality. This means I know you are unique, and we will work together to develop goals and a plan that works for you. Old habits die hard, and change can be a big hurdle.

My goal will always be the same. I want to get to know you and understand your needs. I want to listen. I will help you set nutrition and wellness goals that are attainable, and hold you accountable for meeting your goals. A little extra guidance and support can help make long-lasting changes.
