As a certified health and wellness counselor and nutrition intern, I have designed several programs that work for various lifestyles and needs. Once I know you better, I will personalize the plan for you, and help you drive your success.

Lifestyle Changing Programs

These are fun, one-time courses that will help you get and stay organized. You will discover great strategies to stay on track with nutrition plans, grocery shopping, and meal preparation.

Grocery Shopping 101

Grocery shopping can be stressful and overwhelming, when you are working toward a better life particularly if you have the demands of a family to manage. Whether you shop online or at the grocery store, with so many options available, making sound, healthy choices can be tricky.

The Grocery Shopping 101 Program will teach you to make smart choices. You will explore what is a must for your shopping cart and what you should avoid at all costs.

Meal Planning & Prepping

Three meals a day, seven days a week. That is 21 meals to plan and prepare each week, not to mention healthy snacks. When planning on that scale becomes overwhelming, and time is short, we tend to make unhealthy choices.

The Meal Planning Program will guide you through planning all your weekly meals and sticking to the schedule. Whether you received a prescribed diet from your nutritionist or are just looking for a healthier lifestyle, this program will help you avoid those easy, but often unhealthy choices.

Pantry Makeover

It can be impossible to stay on track when your pantry is in disarray. It happens to all f us.

The Pantry Makeover Program will guide you through making the most of your pantry. You will have healthy food and ingredients at your fingertips to keep you happy, healthy, and successful. My organization plan will prevent you from misplacing healthy essentials and make it simple to find and grab a healthy snack. I’ll also teach you to store your cheat foods in a smart, temptation-free way.

Comprehensive Wellness Programs

My comprehensive wellness programs require a full commitment, and they will help you regain control of your health.  You will have an individualized wellness plan tailored specifically to you.

Initial Health Consultation

As your health and wellness coach, I will meet with you individually for 30 minutes to discuss your health and wellness goals, assess your current lifestyle, and determine where you want to be. All of this will be handled with a non-judgemental approach. Remember, I’ve been there. We will go in-depth to determine the details of your wellness program and ensure that your goals are attainable.

Six -Month Wellness Program

With this long-term program, we will meet twice a month for one hour. I will help you fulfill your wellness goals and provide frequent, positive coaching to help you stay on track and motivated. We will cover everything from choosing the right food to nourish your body to work-out routines, so you have a solid foundation to make a major lifestyle change.

Throughout the Six- Month Wellness Program you will learn and explore:

• Which foods truly nourish your body and mind

• Food myths to forget

• How sleep, stress, and daily routines play an important role in how you feel every day

• What changes you should make to stay motivated

• How to create your own exercise profile and routine based on what you enjoy, so exercise is fun

• New, creative, and delicious recipes so mealtime is a blast

• How to create smart weekly meal plans and healthy shopping lists based on your preferences

Three -Month (Quick Reboot) Wellness Program

If you need to make big changes quickly, this is the program for you. The Three-Month Quick Reboot Wellness Program is similar to the Six- Month Wellness Program but much more intensive. We will meet twice per month for an hour to help you reboot your lifestyle. I will help you create goals that work for you and keep you on track all the way. Think of this program as a wellness boot camp.
